What was the highlight of Hotel Transamerica São Paulo
Quality care and exceptional service from staff.
The access to pool, tennis court, and golf course, gym equipment, and the live blues performance. Also liked the breakfast and lunch buffet.
Toilet and sink has some issues with drainage. I didn’t like the water quality in the gym. Wish there was air condioning in the gym. I would have liked to have the pool to be open for longer- it was cleaned up early. It also would have been nice to have a hot tub by the pool.

Excellent checkin, quiet room, good beds, excellent minibar reasonably priced. Water Strength showers fabulous, Bathroom condition super clean. Hotel also has an excellent Itialian restaurant

Transamérica - A place to stay if you are on business.
Contrary to the first day, Mariana (a gorgeous woman) was very nice to us, she also spoke with us in spanish, that effort seems awesome to me. The breakfast buffet was awesome! Very nice and complete.
Even though it is an elegant hotel it seems to be from the 80's, a bit of renovation (specially to the rooms) could be fine. Also my bed was not comfortable. The first day's attention of the receptionist (a bald man) was't good at all. he was rude to one of my co-workers when he asked a question, it was uncomfortable for the rest of the group, at the point where nobody wanted to ask anything else and just go to each hotel room.
